We seek an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll process for a multi-faceted workforce. This position reports to the Director of Finance Operations and is ideal for someone adept at navigating complex payroll challenges, managing diverse employee classifications, and optimizing operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy in bi-weekly payroll cycles and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll function for 5,000 employees

• Supervise and mentor a team of four payroll professionals

• Oversee payroll processing for various employee types

• Ensure compliance with employment standards and tax legislation

• Support optimization of the ERP payroll system
Requirements:

• Payroll Leadership Professional designation preferred

• Proven experience in large organizational payroll management

• Strong knowledge of Ontario payroll legislation

• Leadership experience in developing payroll teams

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
