Organizational Development Consultant

• Conduct organizational assessments, design and implement development programs, and provide expertise in change management.
• Develop change management plans, assess change readiness, engage staff in change projects, and monitor progress.
• Apply tools and frameworks for leadership development, talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Cultivate a supportive environment and align organizational strategies with the unique needs of mental health care professionals.
• Develop and collect engagement data across the organization and help leaders support a healthy team culture, including psychological safety in the workplace.

• A bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Graduate degree preferred
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred
• Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in progressive Change Management experience, or 5+ years of Organizational Development experience with an emphasis on change management
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience facilitating all levels of leaders and staff through complex issues
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Demonstrates expertise in Change Management and Organizational Development, with a focus on implementing development programs and fostering a supportive environment for mental health care professionals. Proficient in engaging diverse teams and stakeholders to promote a healthy team culture and psychological safety.
