As a Senior HR Business Partner at The Salvation Army, you will provide essential HR leadership, partnering with DIVISIONAL HR teams in Hamilton and London. This position involves significant focus on labor relations, including grievance resolution and collective agreement interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HR strategies and priorities for organizational effectiveness

• Advise on employee relations and workforce matters

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or related field

• CHRL/CPHR designation preferred

• Seven years of HR experience, ideally in nonprofit
