Intact’s Employee Relations Centre of Expertise seeks a Bilingual Senior Human Resources Consultant. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to enhance workplace practices.

Your role involves providing strategic consultation on employee relations, managing investigations, and implementing training on workplace respect while promoting a healthy and safe hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise HR on complex employee relations issues

• Develop tools and templates to support HR teams

• Collaborate on health & safety practices in Canada

• Conduct workplace investigations and conflict resolution

• Elevate training on workplace respect nationwide

Requirements:

• University degree in HR or related field

• Minimum 5 years HR experience with a focus on employee relations

• Bilingual in French and English required

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• CHRP designation preferred
