People Business Partner at Ferrero

Ferrero, a globally recognized confectionary giant, is looking for a People Business Partner for its Canada Business Unit. This position demands significant experience and includes overseeing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management. You will work closely with leadership, ensuring adherence to HR policies while infusing positive employee morale within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve employee relations issues and guide decision-making

• Provide HR support and coaching to management teams

• Conduct exit interviews for leadership roles

• Manage leave of absence as per ESA requirements

• Oversee recruitment processes and employee onboarding

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required

• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector is a plus

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance

• Master’s Degree preferred
