Total Rewards Lead in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development of the organization’s compensation frameworks

• Collaborate on collective bargaining and implementation of agreements

• Evaluate jobs while maintaining job architecture

• Develop employee benefit program communication strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 7 years of experience in compensation or HR

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Previous experience in regulated utility sectors

• Knowledge of employment laws and pay equity
