Human Resources Advisor with Aecon

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders to optimize workforce performance and ensure compliance with regulations. Your experience will be key in managing talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations in alignment with Aecon's commitment to Safety Always.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on talent needs and organizational changes

• Facilitate compensation analysis and benchmarking

• Identify and develop learning initiatives to upskill employees

• Support performance management and succession planning

• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution

Requirements:

• 8 years of HR experience with at least 5 in strategic roles

• Strong grasp of Canadian and U.S. employment laws

• Relevant HR degree and professional designation preferred

• Proven ability to influence and build relationships

• Competency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
