In this strategic role, you will utilize your HR expertise to guide leaders through complex employee relations and policy development. Your focus on performance management and organizational design will support operational excellence and talent growth. Use data analytics to inform strategies and interventions, ensuring a robust employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a team of HR professionals focused on performance

• Align people strategies with business goals and objectives

• Oversee the creation of training resources and HR documentation

• Coach senior leaders on effective people management practices

• Manage compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Requirements:

• 12+ years of HR experience in challenging environments

• Strong ability to influence and partner with organizational leaders

• Experience with HRIS systems essential; familiarity with UKG a bonus

• Knowledge of Canadian HR legislation and best practices

• CHRP designation or pursuit preferred
