Key Responsibilities:

• Execute global recruiting strategies and hiring initiatives

• Lead recruitment across various functions and regions

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes and onboarding

• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience

• Collaborate with leadership on hiring trends and market insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 8+ years in technology sector talent acquisition

• Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms

• Familiarity with Canadian hiring practices, particularly Ontario

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
