Covering a 12-month maternity leave, you’ll drive HR initiatives, report directly to the General Manager, and engage in areas like recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance and lead employee relations efforts

• Oversee job postings, interviews, and hiring processes

• Manage onboarding and offboarding programs effectively

• Maintain comprehensive HR records and documentation

• Enhance performance management processes and initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree; CHRP is a strong asset

• Experience with payroll processes is a plus

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with HRIS systems
