Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze compensation data and present findings

• Guide employees through disability management plans

• Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution

• Support talent reviews and performance management efforts

• Facilitate recruitment and personnel movements

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience

• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with SAP is a plus

• Proven critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong relationship-building capabilities across the organization
