With 5+ years in compensation analytics and governance, you will oversee job architecture and salary benchmarking. Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance and execution of compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive global compensation strategies
• Manage relationships with compensation survey providers
• Direct annual merit increase and incentive funding processes
• Analyze compensation data for strategic recommendations
• Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years in global compensation management
• Advanced data analysis skills, especially in Excel
• Experience in job benchmarking
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
