In this strategic leadership role, you will manage all aspects of the People & Culture department, overseeing talent management, employee relations, and culture initiatives. You will collaborate with the VP and organizational leaders while supervising a dedicated team. Your work will drive organizational effectiveness and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the talent management strategy organization-wide

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies

• Manage sensitive employee relations and compliance

• Foster a culture of equity, accountability, and growth

• Support and mentor a team of HR professionals

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field

• Leadership experience in HR or talent management

• Strong grasp of Ontario employment laws and regulations

• Experience with HRIS and pay equity analysis

• Passion for promoting diversity and equitable practices
