As the Senior Employee Relations Partner, you’ll be responsible for managing complex ER cases and advising on cultural alignment within the organization. With 5+ years of HR and People Partner experience, you will guide management through ER processes and program execution tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance issues and workplace conflicts

• Collaborate with Legal and HR leaders on high-risk cases

• Advise managers on employee management and performance

• Execute HR programs aligned with company culture

• Analyze and report workforce insights and trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HR, especially in employee relations

• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws

• Proven ability in proactive risk identification

• Experience in managing culture-building initiatives

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
