Be a crucial part of Baycrest's mission as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This full-time position focuses on developing and managing key compensation initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.

As part of the Baycrest Corporate Centre for Geriatric Care, you will facilitate valuable compensation assessments and develop benefits administration policies. This role requires you to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of total rewards and compliance with legislation. Your analytical skills will empower informed decision-making and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead benefits and compensation program administration

• Participate actively in annual compensation analysis cycles

• Provide analytical insights and data for HR initiatives

• Manage overall employee benefits program efficiency

• Assist with job evaluations and pay equity compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent discipline

• 3-5 years in compensation and benefits roles

• Credentials such as CPP, CEBS, CHRP preferred

• High proficiency in Excel and related HRIS platforms

• Comprehensive understanding of labor and compensation laws
