In this transformative role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with project managers to define and fulfill resource needs. Your skills will be pivotal in sourcing, screening, and interviewing top candidates. Ideally, you have extensive experience in recruitment within professional services and various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive candidate experience as the company ambassador

• Manage recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding

• Define resource requirements in collaboration with project managers

• Source and interview candidates using innovative methods

• Build a strong pipeline for future hiring

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in recruitment, preferably in consulting

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS

• Excellent relational and communication skills

• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a high-growth environment

• Desired education:
Diploma or University Degree
