• Support managers with HR processes and inquiries

• Improve and streamline employee experience and documentation

• Administer onboarding and offboarding for new hires

• Maintain employee data and manage HRIS systems

• Prepare monthly reports on headcount and turnover

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in HR or People Operations

• Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
