With a strong focus on leadership development, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness, this role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. You will lead various HR functions, ensuring they support the firm’s objectives and culture. Collaborate closely with business leaders to implement effective people strategies that enhance organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Human Resources Business Partners' team

• Oversee annual performance management and talent development

• Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber talent

• Design leadership development and succession planning programs

• Enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience

• Experience with leadership development and talent acquisition

• Proven success in performance management frameworks

• Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills

• Eligibility to work in Canada
