Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels and platforms

• Connect and pre-screen candidates against client needs

• Submit qualified candidates and manage the interview workflow

• Post job advertisements based on client requirements

• Maintain candidate system data to track recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of technical recruitment experience

• Proven experience recruiting IT professionals at all levels

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Technical background or savvy preferred
