Position: Bilingual Recruiter for High-Volume Hires

You will lead recruitment for over 40 positions, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and candidate expectations. Your ability to proactively source talent and manage applicant records will be essential. Make data-driven decisions to enhance hiring processes and outcomes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
