Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team in relocation management

• Implement technology-driven solutions for process improvement

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor across business segments

• Manage vendor relationships and monitor service levels

• Drive change initiatives to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of global mobility experience

• Proven team leadership in complex enterprises

• Experience with policy development and implementation

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
