The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join Jobber's GTM-Ops Recruitment team, dedicated to supporting small businesses through innovative talent solutions. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, engaging interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. You'll also promote inclusive hiring practices and use data to drive better outcomes across the hiring process.
