Shape the future of talent management as the Director of People and Culture age deeply with leadership to foster organizational growth in this hybrid role based in downtown Toronto.

Reporting to the COO, the Director of People and Culture will act as a key advisor, influencing leadership effectiveness and employee engagement. Your expertise in talent management and organizational design will be critical as you help evolve people strategies that align with illumin’s business goals. This position allows you to take a hands-on approach in building a high-performance culture during a pivotal transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen organizational effectiveness with senior leaders

• Coach managers on leadership and performance management

• Assess and evolve people strategies to meet business needs

• Support leaders through change management initiatives

• Drive positive employee engagement and retention efforts

Requirements:

• Experience in HR business partnering with senior leaders

• Proven leadership and coaching skills in a high-growth environment

• Strong strategic and operational acumen

• Understanding of change management practices

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
