Join Merrithew International in Scarborough, ON as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This full-time role allows you to lead hybrid recruitment across Canada, the USA, and the UK.
As a new Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People & Culture team, you will immerse yourself in full-cycle recruitment and establish relationships with hiring managers. Leveraging advanced sourcing strategies, you’ll engage in proactive recruitment to fulfill the vibrant spirit of Merrithew. Focus on providing a stellar candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts across North America and Europe
• Partner effectively with hiring leaders
• Forge strong relationships to enhance recruitment
• Develop job descriptions and postings
• Innovate sourcing tactics to attract diverse talent
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; HR designation is an asset
• 3-5 years experienced in recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS; experience with ADP preferred
• Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
