As a Technical Recruiter, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and play a pivotal role in meeting the agency's growing client demands. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for both contract and permanent roles. Proficiency in communication and a knack for analytical problem-solving will be essential in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods for candidate identification
• Pre-screen and connect candidates with job requirements
• Manage candidate presentations throughout the hiring process
• Create and post job advertisements efficiently
• Track metrics through data input into the candidate system
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of agency recruitment experience
• Experience in IT recruitment for contract and permanent roles
• Strong business development and interpersonal abilities
• A tech-savvy background is an asset
• Highly organized with strong self-motivation
