Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and implement HR collective agreements

• Provide guidance on employment and labour relations issues

• Advise on seniority, job postings, and management support

• Assist with the design of HR policies through research

• Lead grievance meetings and resolution processes

Requirements:

• Postgraduate education in HR or Labour Relations

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with collective agreements

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Knowledge of employment legislation

• Proven teamwork and partnership skills
