Position: People Business Partner
Elevate employee relations with Ferrero as a People Business Partner in Toronto. This full-time role involves key HR tasks, from recruitment to performance management.

As a pivotal member of the Canada Business Unit leadership team, you'll champion HR policies and compliance in your role. With over eight years of experience, you will navigate employee relations, lead coaching initiatives, and oversee the employee lifecycle while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and morale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve employee relations issues collaboratively

• Lead performance evaluations and onboarding sessions

• Conduct exit interviews for senior roles

• Manage leave of absences and return-to-work plans

• Facilitate recruitment processes for talent acquisition

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a People Business Partner

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related fields

• Master’s Degree preferred

• CPG experience is a plus

• Expertise in progressive discipline and compliance
