Human Resources Generalist

Position: Human Resources Generalist Contract Role
Join Dexterra Group as a Human Resources Generalist for a 6 to 9 month contract. Provide essential HR support across Canada, managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations effectively.

This contract role reports to the Human Resources Director, and focuses on coordinating HR functions across various business units. You'll partner closely with HR Business Partners and operational leaders, assisting with employee documentation, compliance, and creating reports through HRIS systems like Dayforce. The position requires a detail-oriented person capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering outstanding internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support to management across Canada

• Assist with employee management and queries

• Support Talent Acquisition with new hires

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding via Dayforce

• Conduct exit interviews and document findings

Requirements:

• HR diploma or certificate with 2 years experience

• Proficiency in HRIS, preferably Dayforce

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Effective verbal and written communication

• Ability to handle sensitive employee information
