As an HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with Vianode's goals in both Canada and globally. Your expertise will drive workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and a strong workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This role is vital in supporting the establishment of sustainable anode graphite production plants across North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR function in North America and align with corporate strategies

• Drive workforce planning to support plant development

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

• Oversee compensation and employee well-being programs

• Ensure compliance with HR best practices and legislation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience

• Strong knowledge of labour relations and compliance

• Proven strategic HR partnership skills

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
