PUR Company is looking for an energetic HR and Culture Specialist to collaborate closely with the Head of People & Culture. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting, oversee HR operations, and create meaningful employee experiences through cultural events. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of the recruitment cycle effectively

• Manage HRIS and ensure proper policy compliance

• Assist with payroll processes and accuracy checks

• Lead the planning of cultural and team-building events

• Enhance HR processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in HR or People Operations experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario employment legislation

• Strong organizational skills in administrative tasks

• Ability to manage challenges in sensitive situations

• Actively using AI tools as part of HR tasks
