As an SAP Success Factors Onboarding Lead, you will mentor junior consultants while engaging with clients to implement effective onboarding processes. You’ll harness design thinking and innovative solutions to craft inclusive onboarding journeys tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct onboarding strategy workshops with clients
• Design and deploy SAP onboarding solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 5 years of HR technology consulting experience
• SAP Success Factors onboarding implementation experience
• Preferred certifications in SAP Success Factors
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
