As an HR Generalist, you will oversee critical functions such as managing HRIS to ensure accurate documentation and employee support. Key responsibilities include benefits administration, talent acquisition, and maintaining records compliant with local laws. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from offer acceptance to orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee and HRIS data management

• Administer health benefits and vacation programs

• Lead talent acquisition from application to onboarding

• Ensure accurate personnel records and compliance

• Generate periodic HR reports as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in managing HRIS and employee data

• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation

• Understanding of talent acquisition processes

• Compliance with legal and record retention standards

• Must live in the Greater Toronto Area and eligible to work in Canada
