Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent

• CHRL designation required or actively pursuing

• Over 5 years in HR roles with senior leadership collaboration

• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and legislation

• Experience in employee relations and organizational development
