Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a high-performing recruiting team
• Ensure balanced recruiter workloads and activity
• Liaise with HR on core program changes
• Integrate scalable sourcing platforms into recruiting
• Coach hiring managers on effective hiring practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
• Eight years managing recruitment across multiple sectors
• Experience with recruiting software iCIMS or Taleo
• Competence in evaluating sourcing effectiveness
• Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
