Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs
• Create training content and materials for various functions
• Coordinate training sessions effectively with team leaders
• Maintain compliance records and training documentation
• Support the ongoing modernization of training tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, sciences, or related field
• At least five years’ experience in a manufacturing role
• Expertise in SOP development and qualification standards
• Dairy operations experience is advantageous
• Must possess knowledge of French for Quebec locations
