Join Take-Two Interactive as the Early Careers Program Lead, responsible for redefining recruitment strategies for emerging talent. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment in the US, Canada, and Dublin.
You will oversee the recruitment lifecycle for early-career programs, partnering with Talent Acquisition to meet ambitious hiring goals. By fostering relationships with universities and implementing innovative diversity-focused strategies, you'll enhance candidate experiences and brand visibility. This opportunity is a 6-month contract with possibilities for future employment based on your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internships and apprenticeships
• Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with leadership
• Plan targeted university engagement and recruitment events
• Champion a diverse candidate pool through intentional strategies
• Analyze ATS data to optimize recruitment workflows
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in early-career recruitment
• Proven experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools and digital recruiting platforms
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
