** Canada’s leading, innovative and client-focused law firm, is seeking an:# Associate – Competition/Anti-Trust and Foreign Investment## We are looking forThe ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years experience practicing law.  The candidate will be motivated, a team player, take great pride in their work, and have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and experience:

This role will offer the successful candidate the following opportunities:
* To develop expertise in Competition/Anti-Trust and Foreign Investment law
* To work on both corporate and litigation matters
* Advising clients on mergers, cartel investigations and anti-trust class actions
* Providing strategic guidance on compliance matters, pre-merger negotiations and inquiries under the
* Competition Act
** Advising on regulatory challenges in advertising and marketing compliance
* Career advancement, support, and development
* Experience in Competition/Anti-Trust and Foreign Investment law is an asset but not a requirement
* New calls will be considered
