Our client, a mid‑sized law firm in downtown Toronto, is looking for an experienced Employment & Labour Lawyer, for a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:- Work directly with a Senior Partner
- Focus primarily on Employer / Management side
- Strong understanding of Wrongful Dismissals, Labour Relations, Employment Standards & Contracts, Health & Safety, etc.
- Experienced with drafting employment agreements, policies and procedures
- A book of business is an asset, but not required
- Expected compensation range: $130,000 to $180,000
- This is a new position with the firm
- 4+ years of Post Call experience in Employment & Labour Law
- Hybrid position: 2-3 days in‑office
- Comfortable with attending Networking Events and Conferences
