Special preference will be shown to candidates that have demonstrated significant experience in the area of condominium dispute resolution, including conducting applications under the Condominium Act, 1998 ("the Act") in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, mediations/arbitrations under the Act, and applications in the Condominium Authority Tribunal of Ontario. Candidates with experience in litigating Tarion Warranty claims and or common element construction defects will also be given special consideration in filling this opening in the Firm's litigation department.
Compensation includes a competitive salary based on your experience plus an industry leading, transparent bonus structure that opens an unlimited compensation ceiling.
Benefits include the ability to work remotely part time, health insurance, extended health insurance such as dental, life insurance, and paid time off. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but lawyers are expected to meet all deadlines and professional expectations.
