Our prominent downtown Toronto client is looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to significantly grow their existing book of business:
The following areas of experience are of particular interest:Business, Corporate Commercial or Franchise Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Power of Sale / Foreclosure, Real Estate / Mortgage Lending and Estates LitigationNOT Family Law, Criminal Law or Insurance DefenseCompensation is based on a graduated percentage of billingsRequirements:
4+ years' of post-call experience working in LitigationHave a roster of clients to partially sustain, but capacity & eagerness to manage much moreOwn book of at least $250K preferredStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Expected Compensation range: $200,000 to $350,000
