About The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Competition/Anti-Trust and Foreign Investment law. This role offers exposure to both corporate and litigation matters, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a broad and dynamic practice. Lawyers with at least one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Build specialized expertise in Competition/Anti-Trust and Foreign Investment law
• Gain experience handling both corporate transactions and litigation files
• Advise clients on merger matters, cartel investigations, and competition‑related class proceedings
• Provide strategic counsel on compliance issues, pre‑merger processes, and regulatory reviews under competition legislation
• Support clients in navigating advertising and marketing regulatory requirements
• Benefit from ongoing mentorship, professional development, and career progression opportunities

• This is an on‑site role located in Downtown Toronto, ON
• Competitive salary starting at $100,000 and incentive package, to be determined based on experience
