We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Counsel to guide Tripledot Group through a remarkable period of growth. The Regulatory Counsel will play a critical role in navigating the complex and evolving regulatory landscape of the mobile gaming industry, ensuring compliance while enabling strategic business objectives.

About the Role

This role is an excellent fit for a counsel who demonstrates a mindset defined by proactiveness, pragmatism, and a solution‑oriented approach. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, sound judgment, and keen commercial awareness with unwavering professional excellence and a strong work ethic.

It's a truly unique opportunity to build and shape the regulatory compliance function of the in‑house legal team, while also offering a platform for personal and professional growth.

In this role you will:
  • Track and advise on regulatory and legal risks and requirements across digital markets and platform governance affecting the mobile gaming sector.
  • Provide comprehensive global research and monitoring of evolving laws, regulations, and compliance requirements impacting the video game industry.
  • Lead implementation of compliance measures across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with product and legal teams to review new Tripledot Group products and features, ensuring regulatory compliance while identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
  • Manage Tripledot Group strategic response to inquiries, investigations, and proceedings initiated by regulatory authorities worldwide.
  • Coordinate with and oversee external counsel across multiple jurisdictions to obtain and implement jurisdiction‑specific regulatory guidance.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • EU/UK/US/AUS qualified lawyer with minimum of 7+ years of experience, with in‑house role exposure viewed favourably.
  • Demonstrable experience working in or with consumer‑facing technology or digital media companies – video game industry experience is a significant plus.
  • Experience handling regulatory enforcement actions brought by regulatory bodies.
  • Track record of providing legal advice on laws and regulations relating to online and mobile apps, consumer protection, digital advertising, e‑commerce, social casino, sweepstakes and user‑generated content.
  • Proven ability to lead complicated projects and advise across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
