A leading legal services firm in Toronto is seeking an experienced junior M&A lawyer to join their growing transactional practice. In this role, you will lead key work streams in M&A transactions, draft and review transaction documents, and manage due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in corporate transactions, excellent drafting skills, and a good understanding of transactional due diligence.

A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $160,000 is offered.
