This is a farmer role, focused on deepening existing relationships—not new business acquisition.

Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Sr. Relationship Manager who can strengthen client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and serve as the trusted point of contact. The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, industry familiarity, and a proactive approach to client success.

• Build, foster, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand account value through cross‑selling and upselling initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cybersecurity developments to provide informed guidance and insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client needs and deliver best‑in‑class service.

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client engagement roles.
• Background working in cybersecurity, private equity, or oil & gas industries.
• Strong ability to build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in a professional services or technical environment.
