About the Opportunity

One of Canada’s largest General Contractors is seeing impressive year on year growth Canada wide including defining project wins for their Ontario Civils business. As a result, they are working with Parker Huggett and interested in speaking with Leading Civil professionals capable of fulfilling a Project Manager role within their team to deliver a major transit project and, more importantly, aid in the growth of their Civil and Transit group in the GTA!

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

You have 8+ years’ hands on leadership experience in a construction company, with a proven track record of successful project delivery on civil infrastructure construction projects ranging from $50 - $100+ million

You have deep expertise and a proven track record with respect to the continuous improvement of project delivery services and value-added constructability processes and practice

Handling pressure and challenges in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment is something that you excel in

Exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence, mentor and coach are evident in your day-to-day interactions with your team
