• Owning and developing a portfolio of Private Enterprise clients
• Acting as the senior advisor to owner‑managed businesses
• Leading financial statements, compilations, and review engagements
• Overseeing corporate and personal tax as part of the wider PE service
• Coaching and developing Managers and Seniors
• Playing a visible role in the future direction of the firm

• A Director or Senior Manager in public accounting
• Someone already thinking about Partnership
• Comfortable across accounting, assurance, and tax
• Looking for influence, stability, and a long‑term future
