The Role

Our client, a highly reputable developer in the GTA, is looking for a Project Manager with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. The role involves reviewing and tendering SOWs, managing tendering processes, generating agreements and purchase orders, coordinating with the project and legal teams, and ensuring all records and contracts are handled effectively. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors, managing contracts, schedules, and resources to address any issues that arise.

In this role, you will act as the pivotal link between the developer and all parties involved in the project. You will oversee the project's progress from conception to completion, ensuring it aligns with the developer's vision, budget, and timeline.
