Role Overview

Flipp's Account Management team focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction to drive retention and growth. The team manages Flipp's high‑trust partnerships with 98% of North America’s largest retailers, consumer‑packaged‑goods manufacturers, and media agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Own all communication to build strong relationships with CPG advertisers on ongoing campaigns and oversee internal communication on projects for CPG partners.
  • Act as first responder to data, budget, and performance requests of media campaigns.
  • Prep and lead internal and sometimes external meetings with well‑defined topics (e.g., weekly status calls, campaign kick‑offs).
  • Build decks for monthly and quarterly reviews and perform ad‑hoc performance analyses—own external communication of performance metrics and reporting.
  • Support the Account Executive with driving the CPG account strategy.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day analytics and reporting, turning data into actionable insights for CPG partners.
  • Book, monitor, and report on Flipp distribution budget with CPG.
  • Quarterback all internal aspects of CPG media campaigns—working cross‑functionally with Analytics, Creative, Operations, Finance, and others to kickoff and execute advertiser requests; own the project from conception to completion with support from AE/AD.
  • Simplify and share deep knowledge of both account‑specific and Flipp‑specific topics to communicate how Flipp has delivered value for CPG partners; share best‑practice use cases to align on future projects.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year working in a relevant industry/position (CPG sales, media sales, retail media, ad tech, media agency).
  • 1–2 years of sales experience within relevant advertising technology, retail, or CPG industry.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (digital media agency or news media company).
  • Project and process management experience, strong analytical skills, and problem‑solving ability.

Canada hiring range: $65,000—$81,000 CAD.
