Position: Senior Manager, Global Sponsorships (Hockey)

In this role, you will:
Lead cross-functional team in driving brand and business results for Scotiabank through portfolio of sponsorship partners, with awareness of cultural landscape and industry best practices.Develop short and long-term plans with responsibilities ranging from concept development to execution and measurement with internal and external partners.Assists in the annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting process; ensuring all initiatives are within budget and scope, in close collaboration with Finance team.Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Champions a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to Scotiabank’s values: accountability, passion, integrity and respect. Delivers results in accordance to Scotiabank behavioural competencies. Lead a team of 2 direct reportsFocus on Canada/International, supporting all business lines (Canadian Banking, Global Wealth Management, Global Banking & Markets, International Banking)Oversee annual budget of $25MM+Travel and work outside of business hours required ~25% of time, based on seasonal events scheduleDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:6 – 8+ years experience in brand marketing, partnerships, and/or related fieldStrong understanding of cultural, sports, and entertainment landscapes in Canada/InternationalEffective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with ability to see both the details and the bigger pictureWorking Conditions
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Domestic and international travel and work outside of business hours required ~25% of time, based on seasonable event schedule.
