The Service Manager is responsible for implementing the strategic direction and leadership of the company vision by effectively managing a team of service technicians. The Service Manager plays a leading role in managing tasks and coaching personnel. Coinamatic’s product is people and therefore this role ensures that efficient robust programs are in place that continuously measures the outcome and performance of the service team.

Service Managers play a key role in budgeting, controlling costs and keeping the organization on track financially. Their management of the supply chain, time, and performance of resources helps minimize costs of service. The successful candidate will study business forecasts, sales reports and financial statements to find ways to maximize results. They use methods such as cost‑benefit analysis to improve efficiency.
